Senior Web designer
You need to have:
- A minimum of 5 years experience
- Strong creative flair and the ability to work on projects from design concept and creation through to completion (HTML/CSS build)
- Equally at home creating visually stunning website designs and online marketing collateral as well as coding precise, accessible, SEO-friendly and W3C valid website structures
- Proficiency with: Dreamweaver, Photoshop/Fireworks, Illustrator and Flash
- Excellent knowledge of XHTML/CSS is essential and a good working knowledge of Javascript, JQuery and mySQL a bonus
- Previous agency experience essential
What this role involves:
- Working alongside Head of Digital and Creative Director to work on projects from initial briefing and design concepts through to front-end HTML/CSS page build
- Working alongside Account Managers and clients to discuss ideas and develop project briefs
- Develop stunning design concepts/visuals
- Take approved design visuals through to precisely coded and validated HTML/CSS page templates
- Bringing ideas to the table to aid in the future development of the Studio North digital services
